What was Philips thinking. They got it right on the Pronto and pronto Pro. Normally Volume wants to be punched through, but channel selection (prior/next)? That is always a component specific function.

If they do it as a firmware upgrade they will have to change iprontoEdit and other things to have the right screens to allow a global default screen (iPronto Properties) and the ability to set device properties on a per device basis.

i can work around it in my system, but I should not have to for the money this device costs.
