My understanding is the iPronto is 802.11b ONLY. No additional RF is transmitted from the iPronto.
The NexX is also an IP based 802.11b device. (My router assigns mine an IP address and it will return a PING.)
Send the NetX properly formatted packets containing IR coding and it will spit out analog IR.
