I am interested in the iPronto controlling the following: music list (either CD or MP3), house light, A/V equipment, cameras at exterior entrances. In addition, I want the system to mute when the phone or door bell rings, and cameras to send images of who is at the door to the iPronto or to household computers. I currently have a server and multiple workstations using Windows XP, and Windows on the Server. I have heard of X-10 and Z-Wave. So, the question is this: how would one get a list of equipment needed and how it would communicate? Thanks.
