Hi daniel,
the remote has been attempting to update the firmware for three weeks. when i reset it, it goes through partitions 1 of 6, 2 of 6 then when it get to partition 3 of 6 it loads about half way according to the status bar below, then it locks up. in appoximately 1 minute it resets itself and starts to update again. unfortunately, it just cycles several times. then it gives up and stays on partition 3 of 6
