I'm assuming that my other customers problem is
not network card related - I was always suspicious
that it would turn out not to be (as was he) but
it was certainly worth giving it a shot. His symptoms
are quite different to yours.

Glad we seem to have got yours resolved though
- now lets see what you can do to make it sing!
