I hadn't really made people aware of what was planned for sorting out cards as it was still very much up in the air as to how it was going to all be handled - when I was told about plans it was a case of "This is what the problem is, this is what we need to do to resolve it and we have a meeting this afternoon to get it all agreed". :-D

Thing is - I am a real fan of the iPronto, I reckon it has the groundings of a really good unit. I'm banging emails over to a couple of people that I know within Philips almost daily about the product (much to their distress I presume) and fully intend to continue doing so...
