I would try backing up the iPronto config file you're using and just set the whole thing back to the factory defaults and see if it keeps giving you problems after going to sleep. With the default config on it if it can't reaquire the network settings, it's either the device or your WiFi router, and I would doubt the latter if the other card functions.
