put me on the list. customer has 4 iprontos and 5 netxs. all will crash at one time or another.

i seem to be reading a lot of posts claiming that the new firmware is causing the crashing issues. can anyone verify this? if so, what firware versions seem to work well?

also, does anyone know if there is a way to revert back to older firware versions?
