I am having the problem, but I am not sure it is a crash. I do not use EPG. I do not use the browser although it does work. I do not use RF (NetX). Periodically the unit will no longer respond to a keyboard touch or the button on the side. Sometimes shaking it makes it "wake up". A reset always works. I have also found that squeezing the bracket stand (when the bracket is close) is sometimes the best way to go from sleep (screen dark) to awake.
I have lost all respect for the Philips corporation and do not buy any of their products any longer except for the pronto line. The iPronto is the most overpriced, over promised piece of technology I have seen in many a year. It makes the Philips team look like a bunch of amateurs.
