i don't know of any one site that has remote instructions/tips spelled out, but the FAQ at the logitech forum helps answer the basics.

they had me set it up as a TV, actually the tech set up
the activity for me. So I did have the icons, but of course
when you change the channel it changes the channel on
the TV, I was thinking there must be a way to do this,
seems pretty basic. Thanks for your help with the icons.
