If all you need is a remote for the A/C your best bet is to buy an original as a spare part. You'll need a fairly capable remote (read "expensive") to emulate the Fujitsu's long strings, the cheapies won't cut it....

If you are stuck you can switch on the remote over-ride switch under the cover. Powering up the unit will then put it into the mode it was in when last switched off...
