I did a search on the RF extender and found a couple of ideas on how to make it better, an easy one popped out. Cover the ir blaster on the extender itself with tape and it seems to "magically" make the extender much better. I am personally sick and tired of trying to make this thing work. I need a solution that I don't have to tell my clients "if it doesn't work just try it again." I'm not a fan of IR repeater systems because that still doesn't solve the line of sight problem. I talked to a Marantz guru this week and asked him what the deal was and he told me he was working Japan over for a external antenna option to extend the range and reliability of the system. I am looking foreward to the iPronto and I really hope wireless is 100% with this product. If any of you have any suggestions as to how to make the extender work.... actually just work would be good enough for me :) thanx all.
