I put this in as a bit of light humour, as i fell for it when it was sent to me?!
I didn't think...
a) anybody would take it seriously and try explain how gps ACTUALLY works ; )
or
b) anybody would take offence and think it was a scam of some sort!
As greg said the technology certainly does exist. Just look at google earth as an example!
