Thanks for the input! Now I've got a few more things to check....
I've tried the RTI adapters and increased the IR output to no avail. Today I'm going to evaluate my signal at the rack. My gut tells me it's something simple....hope I'm right.
At this point I'm willing to try anything....I'll keep you all posted....
