I want to use the sl9000 to learn discrete ir commands from Sony & Mitsubishi using a Pronto Remote. Discrete IR commands worked fine from pronto to Sony TV. Sl9000 said it learned the code but when I go to use it nothing works. Has any one done this before ? have tried all the tricks in the biz, duckblind, low light 45 degree angle etc..
