I'm having some trouble with the IRClone software-- I'm copying and pasting a device to another location on the main page (it's an older Sharp audio system). After downloading to the remote, the volume up/down buttons don't work. I've verified that they work properly from the original remote configuration; I downloaded my original backup version, and they work just fine.

Any ideas?
