What you need is a Xantech IRS232A. You program the rs232 codes in the Xantech unit and connect it to the LD200 rs232 port, then you learn Xantech IR codes into your remote. The LD200 was a very basic doubler back in the day, I don't think it has discretes or the above listed way to learn codes into your remote, but it has been a long time since I've seen one and could be wrong.
