edmund and remotejr - thanks for your help. aux155 procedure worked to clear device of all pre-programmed codes but still could not program all the keys. Talked to factory and arranged to send back for firmware update that will allow the urc-200 to program correctly. I bought it on ebay and the box I received was marked urc-200b but the device in the box was a urc-200.
