First time owner of a universal remote (mx-500). So far everything has gone pretty smooth with programming but I am now trying to figure out how to add discrete input and on/off codes to the mx500 for controlling a sony 60a2020 and a sony multi disc dvd player. I have been able to find the codes but adding them to the mx is the problem. Are there any urc remotes that already have the discrete codes or will I have to learn how to use JP1 in order to do this? If the urc or all for one's have the codes could you recommend one that has them and is already set up for using JP1? Would really like to learn that eventually but the immediate is to get the mx set so it is easy for the family to use.
