I tried several times to download. It goes about 50% and then repeatedly pops a message saying Invalid Protocol. then stops at 50%. I will take your advice and try repeatedly.

Meanwhile any help on sending it to the manufacturer will be appreciated. Anyone here tried sending it back to the manufacturer? What kind of fee should I anticipate?
