This idea was tossed around with just as much laughter and sarcasm about three years ago, but I think it might have been the organic "green" version of the product: a 2 x 4.
You can actually have the benefits of both nifty programming and lack of losability if you take your MX500, or Pronto, or whatever, and glue THAT to a hunk of plexiglas or a 2 x 4.
Remember that plexiglas can be bought in over a hundred designer and not-so-designer colors, too. Of course, you will have to buy a whole sheet...maybe THAT is what mdvordid, and it started him on this whole campaign!
By the way, if you DO buy this product, be sure you get the UL approved version.
