Hey there fellow scamee's, and hello also to those who enjoy our pain. They are working the Beaumont/ Pt Arthur TX Area this week as it would appear. Same M/O except they are driving a champagne Tahoe or big chevy of some kind. I have read a great number of the thread entries and can't believe that I had never heard of this scam before. Since some of these holier than thou meanies have said it has almost reached urban legend status. (Of course it looks like old news to the techno-nerd type).

Well here's to my new system which I will give my 15 year old for his birthday, and thanks for the DVD compatibility info I found. Oh yeah I paid $300. I think I'll just call it dues paid for membership to my new cool little club. Looks like I may be able to find out how to use my new "real" system from here too. I would like to get a all-in one remote to replace the 5 but have no clue. Looks like I'm gonna get an education!

At least I got his name & driver's license number, I gotta get a "little" credit for doin' that. Even if it's a fake.
