Hello--
I just got an RCU807 8-remote universal remote, and it's great-- except for one strange problem when I try to teach it the menu buttons for my HP media center remote. Here's what happens:

The HP has four directions buttons to maneuver around the menus. The RCU can learn those buttons fine, and they work--but only once. So, I can step down, up, left, or right just one increment, but I can't go down an entire list.

I'm kind of stuck with this--clearly, the RCU learned the button properly, but it won't execute it twice in a row? I'm at a loss. Any help would be much appreciated.
