I have a Samsung DVD/VCR Recorder Combo. the original remote broke so i had to get a universal. i've tried 2 universal remotes and both are unable to fast forward a dvd. when i press fast forward or rewind it skips to the next, or previous scene without fast forwarding or rewinding. what gives?
