Trying to program this remote, but in the first part of the instructions it says to push the component button you want to program (I'm doing VCR) and THE ON/OFF LIGHT SHOULD STAY ON!! Mine doesnt!!!!! It just blinks 4 times, thats all it does when I try to do anything with it! No light every stays on, it just blinks 4 times! How do I fix this! HELP :0
