My apartment came furnished with an older TV (Citizen JCTV3087) with a missing remote control. I'm trying to use my Jensen JR300 with it. I've already tried all four set-up codes for Citizen TVs(0060, 0030, 0092, 0056) and those for Emerson and Sansui.

Are there TV models that are just too old to work with universal remote controls. I'm wondering if that's the reason why I can't get those Citizen set-up codes to work. Or, does anyone know of any other codes I should be trying with Citizen TVs?
