AS REGARDS getting recent then around it that will likely be too complicated-do or did all versions require home base (manufacturer) connection? Have not any versions just allowed a download and you can use it offline?

Very, very disappointed that guy was allowed to sell it on ebay uk without adequate description. I gave him 2 stars too, well if URC either ignore me or won't help I will likely take it a proving just how useless overseeing authorities are route.
