For my needs there is no need for ARC, so I gather by the comments, it will work just fine.
With the new (o;d) house, being small (1750SF), no run will be all the long either, and access from under is pretty good.
I get off my sorry butt, I'm going to get some of these and get this house the way I want it (meaning the way the bride wants it)..
