I've used a lot of these from Amazon and they work. In most cases it beats using and HDMI/Cat extender. I have a feeling they come from the same factories that "Pro" cables come from. There were a couple of times they went bad when I pulled them too hard through a long conduit.

I thought I was taking a risk running these in a restaurant to 20 TVs. All run across an open ceiling so easily replaceable. Various lengths up to 150ft and no more than $120 each. Still working after 5 years with 4K signal.
