Glad you got it sorted. Let me see if I can guess the solution.

1. Open Project 1 in PEP2 (MyDatabase is automatically synced with the components from Project 1)
2. Open Project 2 in PEP2 (MyDatabase is automatically synced with the components from Project 2)

Did I get that right?
