I've had a Hub for several years, and Roku's forever. I have been running a Roku Ultra 4660 and just upgraded to the new 2024 4850X. When adding it to the hub, it didn't have it in it's database (?) and when asked to test 3 IR commands, the hub didn't see any of them. Now my Elite doesn't have any directional key commands and won't learn them. What is going on? I have a chat set up with a ticket number with Logitech in 24-48 hours, but this just mystifies me. I now have to turn on the Activity with the Elite and then control all Roku controls with it's remote. Back in history I go.....

The model shouldn't matter much, if at all- try the older model and see if it works? I doubt I have ever specified the Roku model when setting up a Harmony remote.
My mechanic told me, "I couldn't repair your brakes, so I made your horn louder."
