There are several threads about the Unfolded Circle remote in /r/logitechharmony at Reddit. The main takeaway is that it is not yet fully cooked. The Allonis looks more fully baked, but it is definitely the high-priced spread, more inline with Control4 or Crestron then a Harmony Elite.
Another possibility is the Sofabaton X1S. This is a hub based system similar in concept to the Harmony Elite. This looks nice, but the software is still pretty new, and you know what that means.

The Harmony remotes are readily available used on eBay and elsewhere, this may be your best solution if all your equipment is supported in the database. This may be a problem with newer models using IP control, as they are not being entered very often. For example, I am about to buy an LG OLED77C4 and while the IP protocol for the C3 is in the database, the C4 generation is not. I can probably hack around this, hacking around worked to get my Denon HEOS Amp going, but it is a PITA. Luckily remote protocols and IR codes rarely change.
Good luck!
