Thanks for this file and the education of late on IRScrutinizer.

Is there any way you can change the descriptions of the reboot commands? As of TVOS17, REBOOT_FAULT_B and REBOOT_FAULT_C actually do a hard reset on the ATV and require that you have an iPhone nearby to recover. If any part of the steps is missed, then your ATV will be bricked.
