really? how much time do you spend on any given website? 5 mintues? 10 sometimes? even with 10 moderators, thats less than a couple hours a day active use.
Wouldn't it be easier on the moderators to have "semi-moderators"? Where we would have access to a button that we can click on to flag the post for approval by ya'll?
I understand there will be some site wide programming and no, I have no idea how much of a process that would be. So that alone could make this a moot point.
Just putting an idea out there for looking into. As I said above, I am willing to flag postings.
