RG59? Really?

Yeah, I actually had 4 techs out. But the first one wasn't relevant to this thread because all he did was to remove the Xfinity modem and install my modem. I purchased one from eBay and attempted several times to add it to my account. Chatting with customer service, called CS and they couldn't get it to work. So they sent a tech out. When he spoke with his reps, who we don't have access to as customers. They had more information on the modem that I bought... it was actually one that was owned by Xfinity, therefore a rental. And that was why it wasn't working. Luckily the ebay seller gave me a full refund and paid for shipping back.

Oh, and that tech. REFUSED to replace teh RG59 cable. Because he wasn't there for that kind of call and "frequencies are different for internet compared to TV. So no need to replace it." His words.

That ended up why I had the second tech come out who moved it to a non-grounded block.

What DocSis versions are shown for each piece? Any incompatibility between them?

Are you asking for the current modems that I have now?
