You're in the right forum. I don't know how much this helps, but I also have a TSU7000. I'm running Win10 and am using VMWare Workstation 15 with the XP Pro installation. I am running PP Edit NG v.2.1.8.1.
This may not help since I'm not using Win11. Maybe try a new XP install or try moving to VMWare?
