What remote do you have? If it is a TSU9400, TSU9600 then you are in the wrong forum. Try the Pro Forum where there are specific installation instructions for running Pronto Edit Professional (PEP2/PEP3) on Windows 10/11.

If you have a TSU7000/7500, then I cannot help you there. I do know the 7000 series used the PPENG ProntoEditPro NG editor.

Again, which remote and which editor? The title of this thread includes ProntoEdit but that editor was for the Classic Prontos (another forum) specifically the TSU1000/2000/6000 remotes.

There are many different flavors of Pronto!
