What remote do you have? If it is a TSU9400, TSU9600 then you are in the wrong forum. Try the Pro Forum where there are specific installation instructions for running Pronto Edit Professional (PEP2/PEP3) on Windows 10/11.

Again, which remote and which editor? The title of this thread includes ProntoEdit but that editor was for the Classic Prontos (another forum) specifically the TSU1000/2000/6000 remotes.
There are many different flavors of Pronto!
