This post is 7 yrs old so I'm not sure if you still need the answer on how to program this remote. If not, maybe someone else like me found one in a junk drawer and wants to use it, but cannot find the manual to program it anywhere. After several hours of searching, I finally figured it out. This is just for the TV search, but I'm sure it works the same for other devices. Hope this helps.
1. Turn your TV on. 2. Hold down the TV & Power buttons together until the red light comes on and stays on. 3. Continue to press the Power button until the TV turns off. 4. After the TV power turns off, press the square "STOP" button at the bottom of the remote. The TV code is now set. 5. Make sure you pause for a second or two between each power button press or you may go 1 code too far before the TV turns off and have to restart the process all over again. 6. I had to press the power button 40 or more times until my code was found, so be patient and don't give up too soon.
