The FLIRC Netflix button does not work.

There is a method to do shortcuts to apps on the Shield by installing the Refresh Rate app. It has been sometime since I did this and do not remember the steps. I posted some of them in the Shield Pro thread on AVS a few years back. Page 1 for my Shield Pro on my MX-980:
