I was able to get the Refresh Rate App installed on the Shield Pro after a long battle. The app allows you to assign shortcut keys to apps, but I have to be missing something in the process. I found Wendall's post on the forums. Key presses on a wireless keyboard do not seem to be recognized by the app. I have not given up yet. I will post back if I actually get it working.
