I can wire up an entire datacenter or TV broadcast facility but an single receptacle? Oh no, you need an electrician for that.

None of the wires you are allowed to run can have fatal consequences if you make mistakes. For me, that's enough to make sure the uninitiated don't do it.
But I can terminate the exact same 3 wires in the context of a power bridge.

Sometimes the killer circumstance is not visible. In this case it's the wiring from the circuit breaker to the outlet. Power Bridge wiring uses existing circuit breaker(s) that were installed by... an electrician.

You wrote "an single receptacle" and "outlet a tv." That's the kind of simple small mistake that, given 15 or 20 amps upstream, can kill a person.
