For future reference, your codes were not clean NEC learned codes.

If a code has 0000 as the 4th number you know it is not a repeating code in Pronto-Land. NEC codes usually have 0000 006X 0022 0002

The codes for Up and Down above do have repeat signal inside but it is part of the one-shot data and hence the Pronto will only send it one time.

For example:
Down:

0000 006D 0026 0000 0157 00AB 0016 0015 0016 0015 0016 0040 0016 0015 0016 0015 0016 0015 0016 0015 0016 0015 0016 0040 0016 0040 0016 0015 0016 0040 0016 0040 0016 0040 0016 0040 0016 0040 0016 0040 0016 0015 0016 0015 0016 0015 0016 0015 0016 0015 0016 0040 0016 0015 0016 0015 0016 0040 0016 0040 0016 0040 0016 0040 0016 0040 0016 0015 0016 0040 0016 05F3 0157 0055 0016 0E5D 0157 0055 0016 C760

Up:

0000 006D 0024 0000 0157 00AB 0016 0015 0016 0015 0016 0040 0016 0015 0016 0015 0016 0015 0016 0015 0016 0015 0016 0040 0016 0040 0016 0015 0016 0040 0016 0040 0016 0040 0016 0040 0016 0040 0016 0015 0016 0015 0016 0015 0016 0015 0016 0015 0016 0015 0016 0040 0016 0015 0016 0040 0016 0040 0016 0040 0016 0040 0016 0040 0016 0040 0016 0015 0016 0040 0016 05F3 0157 0055 0016 C760

This is usually caused by a bad learn in that you did not hold your OEM remote button long enough or you pressed the button before the screen on your TSU remote said ready to learn.
