Well, you are using a remote for which software has not been updated and that is no longer made.

You are fresh out of luck for anything that is 64 bit and you will need to use the Class Pronto FAQ to get the cabling and everything correct.

All this being said, you can either install a VM with Windows XP that supports COM ports and run TouchScreenSetup from there or you can try using Tonto which you may have to build.
