MPG7321: This is all from memory, so it might be a little off:

Plug in the remote to your computer
Press the "windows" button
Type “device manager”
Right click on the unknown device
Click properties
Click update driver
Click browse computer for drivers
Click let me pick from a list of drivers
Pick Microsoft then the top one driver, generic driver or something.
