Why do you say you need a POST script? The URL you supplied resembles a GET which you can issue via Chrome. Can you open it via a Chrome with the link you suggested or does it require the operation to be an HTTP POST?
If that is the case, have you tested your URL with Postman to confirm working?
Do you have a PDF link to documentation or some other link we can use as a resource?
