You could get a learning remote, teach it the commands from your Asano tv remote.

Or you other hope is if it uses a more common tv brands code set. To find out, get a cheap universal remote with code search, and a blink back so you can identify the code. Then you look up all tv brands that use that same code, try the same brands in whatever remote you are trying to program. A good model with code search, and blink back feature and a large tv code library is UEI made Inteset 422-3 or 422-4 universal remotes:
