You shouldn't criticize someone when your response goes from you not having your receipt because of the "many, many years that have gone by, then it being over a year that you bought it, down to just 11 months ago" I don't know when you really actually bought the remote but if its only been a year, the dealer most likely will have it in their database. They do have to do taxes & in case they were to get audited they'd still have it. I mean come on, you're going to try to demand a refund after having this remote 11+ months, to over a year, to possibly many, many years ago? SmOkEd OuT bRo
