I have a Klio digital art frame which is actually a no name 4K TV inside a picture frame. The TV model number is K42U and it’s listed here on this FCC website with photos and the manual: [Link: fccid.io]

I unfortunately don’t have the remote for it so I’m not able to turn power it off or change the volume. I tried to program my DirecTV universal remote RC64 by cycling through all the codes with the CHAN UP key but I had no luck. Is there any way to find the code or is there another remote that might be able to work,

Unfortunately KLIO is discontinued and the TV manufacturer is a random Chinese company with no website. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
