Hello,
I am trying to find a compact remote which could control my Lyngdorf amplifier. Lyngdorf provides NEC1 codes list for this amplifier, for example:
Volume Up: 0x10EF, 0x1AE5
I have found that Streamer Remote from OfA looks nice but the only option is to either learn codes from original remote (not bundled with amplifier) or by inputing manually 5 digit codes for each remote key.
Now that last option, even if painful, is ok for me. Can anybody please help me, if there is a way to translate NEC1 codes to 5 digit format so I could input them manually? I tried of course googling NEC1 to 5 digit format but with no luck and unfortunately I lack experience with IR codes and formats.
I am really trying to find a simple, only few buttons remote - not a typical bulky universal tv remote with lots of buttons I will never use. I need it only to control the amplifier, I do not have any other device which could benefit from more advanced tv remote.
Or maybe somebody can point to a different small remote that is also universal and can work with NEC1 codes? I kindly ask for help.
