Hi everyone I have some old commercial grade Lasertag equipment, the type that is installed at a family entertainment center and I'm having a little bit of an issue getting it to work.

I was able to find a script someone made to generate the IR codes to start the equipment into a game of lasertag but the issue is the code that the script outputs causes errors in the phone apps I've been trying to use.

Here's an example of a generated code "38 7f 8a 67 53 00 0f 0f 47 28 00 2c 01 00 16"

Does anyone have any suggestions?
